Distributor Management is key in this position. You set-up, manage and strengthen the distributor network in the area for North America.

You propose the long-term vision for the distributor network in the area in order to maximize market coverage, market share & penetration.
You select distributors in line with the gaps or opportunities identified in the long-term vision.
An important aspect is to follow-up on distributor performance (including budget) and to agree on improvement actions.
You assure, enhance, support, use of tools with the goal to increase / reach self-sufficiency
You frequently visit the distributor to motivate him, to sort out problems and to support him in covering or expanding the territory (e.g. by joint customer visits).

Key Account Management is another aspect of your key responsibilities. You develop a relationship with reference customers (existing or potential) in the territory.

You identify, prospect sales, manage and increase Key Accounts.
In close cooperation with the other Roxell departments and outside partners, you elaborate project solutions, fully meeting the requirements of our direct customers. You play a coordinating role in the execution and follow-up of these projects.
You bring the outside in by keeping all involved departments and employees informed about market trends and evolutions such that the Roxell products and services are meeting the customers’ expectations and demands.
Being a Roxell Ambassador you help to increase brand awareness and sales by representing Roxell positively to the market.

Your profile:

You have a bachelor or master degree.
You have 3-5 years of experience in technical sales and/or project sales with a proven track record in distribution management or key account management.
Yor are based in the Eastern part of the USA (Georgia, North Carolina,...)
You have sales expercience in North America.
Affinity with the agribusiness or livestock equipment are considered as strong advantages.
You have the commercial insights and analytical skills in order to understand market trends and business needs.
You have a strong personality and are focused on sales growth.
You are a real networker with active listening skills and someone who likes to negotiate.
You are prepared to travel frequently (60%) in your sales area.

Function:

As a link between Roxell and the distributor/end customer, you play an important role in which internal and external communication is key.
You process and provide follow-up to incoming orders from your assigned countries.
This in close consultation with the Area Sales Managers.
You organise the shipment of goods to the customer and take care of the contact with carriers as well as the administrative processing.
You start with European shipments to develop into international container shipments with more complex export and customs formalities.
You take care of invoicing and ensure correct closure of each order.
You handle commercial complaints
You will report to the Internal Sales Supervisor.

Profile:

You have a bachelor's degree in a logistics training, customs export training, international trade, ... or you can look back on at least 3 years' experience in a commercial inside sales function.
Administrative work is your passion. You are known for your accuracy and structured way of working.
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Other languages are a great asset.
You are result-oriented, customer-friendly and driven.
You work independently and are stress-resistant.
You are fluent in current software applications.
Preferably, you have experience with an ERP package.
You are a team player.

Your profile

You have successfully completed secondary education (A2 diploma or equivalent through experience).

Experience with logistical computer systems (e.g. scanning) is a plus. Willingness to learn this is a must.
You have a forklift certificate or are willing to learn one. Being able to drive other internal transport equipment is a plus.

You work in a 2-shift system (early-late).

Je wordt ingeschakeld op de afdeling planning als PLANNER waar je stapsgewijs de firma van binnen uit leert kennen.

Functie:

Je kan zowel worden ingeschakeld in de productieplanning als in de leveranciersplanning. Je hoofdfocus ligt echter op productie planning.
Met betrekking tot productieplanning interpreteer en verwerk je de voorstellen (gegenereerd door het ERP-pakket) tot productieorders. Wanneer orders worden verschoven, analyseer je de situatie en voer je de nodige aanpassingen door. Je staat in voor de capaciteitsberekening van diverse machines en maakt de wekelijkse personeelsbezetting per machine op. Je bekijkt dagelijks de ATP (available to promise) lijst en bekijkt de best mogelijke levertermijn voor onze klanten. Occasioneel organiseer je transport naar subcontractors.
Met betrekking tot leveranciersplanning sta je in voor het controleren van de bestelvoorstellen (gegenereerd door het ERP-pakket), de eigenlijke opmaak van de bestellingen alsook het opvolgen van (niet-) bevestigde orders met leveranciers en productieplanning. Je werkt actief mee aan het voorraadbeheer van de aankoopgoederen en behandelt eenvoudige kwaliteitsproblemen met leveranciers. Indien nodig, verzorg je de transportorganisatie van de inkomende goederenstroom.
Een nauwe samenwerking met de commerciële binnendienst is dan ook belangrijk.
Je rapporteert aan de Supply chain manager.

Profiel:

Je genoot een opleiding Bachelor en kan terugkijken op een eerste werkervaring (min. 3 jaar).
Ervaring in een planningsfunctie is een must.
Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot met organisatorisch talent en een degelijke PC-kennis.
Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een troef.
Als echte problem solver ben je flexibel en stressbestendig.
Je kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.

Als product Owner Climate ben je verantwoordelijk voor het projectmanagement van het productoptimalisatie- en productontwikkelingsproces voor verwarmings- en ventilatieproducten toegepast bij het klimatiseren van pluimvee en varkens. Je maakt de project- en ressourceplanning op, bewaakt de voortgang ervan en rapporteert hierover in mijlpaalmeetings.

Ook coördineer je de nazorgactiviteiten na een product release en blijf je eventuele klachten opvolgen totdat een toereikende oplossing werd gevonden.
Je besteedt in het bijzonder aandacht aan het vertalen van de klantenbehoeften naar productspecificaties (i.s.m. Product Management en Technical Support), het onderhoud van contacten met leveranciers en klanten is hierin cruciaal, …
Als product specialist volg je actief technologische ontwikkelingen op en verricht je research over de eigen productgroep (literatuur, beurzen, stalbezoek, fieldervaring, …).
Je rapporteert hierbij aan de Innovations Manager.

Profiel:

Je bent een Master in Electro-mechanica of Automatiseringstechnieken (ing, ir of gelijkwaardig door ervaring), of je bent gespecialiseerd in klimatisatie en je hebt sterke interesse voor de agri-business.
Ervaring in projectmanagement, cross-departementaal samenwerken.

Je houdt contacten met externe informaticaleveranciers.
Je werkt actief mee aan NIS2 compliance binnen Roxell.
Je hebt voeling en affiniteit met de IT evoluties, je bent betrokken bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van de interne IT roadmap.

Profiel:

Idealiter heb je een diploma Informatica op zak. Maar wanneer je een ruime ervaring hebt binnen IT, kan je ook in aanmerking komen.
Je bent klantgericht, flexibel ingesteld en een kei in organiseren.
Een ‘hands-on mentaliteit’ typeert je: je bent praktisch ingesteld, pragmatisch en creatief in het oplossen van problemen.
